Injection solution for Vitamin B12 deficiency that cannot be corrected by nutritionally.


At the beginning of treatment in the first two weeks after diagnosis 1 ml VITAMIN B12 Injektopas® 1000 µg (equal to 1000 µg of cyanocobalamin) is given twice a week.

If a disrupted absorption of vitamin B12 is detected in the bowel, 1 ampoule of Vitamin B12 Injektopas® 100 µg is given once a month (equal to 100 µg of cyanocobalamin).

Application type
Vitamin B12 Injektopas® is usually given intramuscularly.
It can, however, also be given slowly intravenously or subcutaneously.

Do not self-medicate with injections. The injection therapy should be administered by a doctor or an alternative practitioner.
