The instant tea drink Markalakt® Vital contains lactose (milk sugar) and a 6-fold concentrated extract of chamomile blossom. Pure chamomile (lat. Matricaria recutita) is one of the most popular and well-known plants in cultural use. It belongs to the family of the asteraceae (lat. Asteraceae) and originally originated from Eurasia.
Stir the contents of one sachet into sufficient hot water in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after the last meal, and drink.
