Pascoe is one of the top employers in Germany for the eighth time

Giessen, 16 March 2018, Pascoe Naturmedizin was honoured again by the "Great Place to Work" Institute in Berlin.

After first place in 2017, the high level was maintained with second place. Despite the great change that the market requires, the company has been one of Germany's top employers for more than eight years, and that with medal positions.

Annette D. Pascoe: "Such outstanding results can be achieved if the purpose of the business matches the meaning of life of as many employees as possible. We make the world a healthier place every day with our natural medicine. This is our joint mission."

Pascoe stands for the concept of integrative company management. This includes a transparent strategy process, which ensures that all employees are involved in the overall strategy. The Insights MDI® personality analysis, which highlights the strengths of employees, and the award-winning Health Management, which offers a variety of massages, sports classes and free organic fruit each day for all employees.

Something special: The Pascoe preventive medicine lounge. All employees have the option of having a doctor administer a high-dose vitamin infusion (Pascorbin®).

The outstanding employee voting results, the rate of absence due to illness, which is 50% below the industry average, and the positive business results demonstrate that this approach is effective. The company is on course for success and is delighted about the steady growth. The number of employees is growing and construction of the new building in Giessen is in full swing. The fact that employees are not being forgotten on this journey is shown by the most recent award.

Jürgen F. Pascoe: "In our company, every employee knows why they are working on specific tasks at all times – this promotes identification and satisfaction of employees. We would like to thank all of our employees for the fantastic result of this poll."

The award was preceded by an anonymous survey of Pascoe employees which asked about key workplace topics such as trust in management, identification, professional development, and work-life Balance.
