Blood pressure describes the pressure of the blood within a blood vessel. Ideally, under standard conditions, it should be 120/80 mm Hg in arteries. Upwards of 140/90 it is termed high blood pressure or hypertension. Blood pressure which is permanently increased is considered to be a risk factor for cardiovascular disorders.
High blood pressure - Gently regulate blood pressure
Over 20% of Central Europeans constantly have a substantially elevated blood pressure (over 160 mm Hg). Only about 1 in 4 people aged 60 or over has normal blood pressure values. This is why hypertension is also termed a common disease.
Many factors affect blood pressure temporarily or permanently:
- Exertion, movement
- Tension, psychological stress
- Lack of certain vitamins, amino acids or minerals (also excess)
- Hormonal control
- Organ function (thyroid, heart, kidneys, lung)
Regulate gently with nature medicine
Homeopathic drug for disorders of the cardiovascular system, adjuvant therapy for blood high pressure
- Aged 12 and above
- lactose free
Hint: As strain and stress also have a major effect, relaxation measures make sense.
